RETURNS

Don't love your product? No worries! We offer a 15 days money back guarantee with full refund on any used or unused items. If 15 days have gone by since you receive your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

INSTRUCTIONS

To return your product, you must email your product details to: info@trendystyla.com to get a check in to proceed further. 

  • Pack the item/s securely in the package along with the order # written on a box or inside the box, with a note explaining why you are returning them.
  • Along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange or refund  the product .In all cases refunds will be made ONLY to the card used for the original purchase.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by our Returns Team.

  • TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:

    In order to be eligible for a return you must send the package within 30 days since date received and provide us the details about your return to info@trendystyla.com.

    Buy 1 item: You may return most new, unopened items.

    More than 1 item: your items must be completely unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Additional non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Within our return policies we do not apply partial returns, we are here for you!  If you are approved, then a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    REFUND TIME

    You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

    In order to be eligible for an exchange you must send the package within 30 days since date received and provide us the details about your exchange to info@trendystyla.com.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@trendystyla.com and send your item to our nearest store location preferred.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    SHIPPING

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
